Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vaasthya, we aim to provide the best possible service. Our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for all users. Effective Date: 01 May 2026.
π° Vaasthya β Refund Policy

1. π General Terms
- All services are prepaid.
- By purchasing a plan, users agree to this policy.
- Services can be used only within the limits of the selected plan.
2. β Cancellation by Vaasthya
If Vaasthya cancels a service due to internal issues:
- 100% refund will be issued.
3. π Cancellation & Rescheduling by User
- Users get one-time free rescheduling.
- After rescheduling, if the user cancels: Only 25% of the total amount will be refunded.
- You booked a visit for Monday β rescheduled to Wednesday β then cancel β only 25% refund
- If you cancel directly without rescheduling β refund depends on service status
4. π¬ Official Communication Requirement
All requests must be made through:
- Vaasthya app (chat/messaging system)
- A 1:1 messaging feature is provided for coordination.
- Messaging inside the app = valid request β
- Calling agent directly or WhatsApp = not considered β
5. π Service Usage Clause
A service is considered βstartedβ when any of the following happens:
- Property options are shared
- Visit coordination begins
- Agent is assigned
- Site visit is scheduled or completed
- You receive curated property options β service started
- Agent calls you for scheduling β service started
- Visit completed β service fully used
β οΈ After this stage, refund eligibility may be limited.
6. π― Plan Usage Policy
- Users can use benefits only within their selected plan.
- Unused services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Plan includes 5 visits β you use only 2 β remaining 3 visits are not refundable
- Plan validity ends β unused visits expire
7. β³ Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2β4 business days.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
8. β οΈ Misuse & Policy Violation
Any misuse may lead to:
- Service cancellation
- No refund
- Booking fake visits repeatedly
- Not attending scheduled visits multiple times
- Misbehavior with agents
9. βοΈ Final Decision Rights
Refund decisions depend on:
- Service usage
- Timing of cancellation
- Policy compliance

All support requests must be made through official platform channels. This ensures:
- Proper tracking
- Faster resolution
- Transparency
