We do not act as property owners or direct sellers.

2. 💸 Subscription & Payments

• All plans are paid in advance
• Pricing is fixed as per selected plan
• Payments once made are subject to our refund policy

3. 🚫 No Guarantee Clause

Vaasthya does not guarantee:

• Final property selection
• Availability of specific properties
• Completion of any deal

We only provide assistance and guidance.

4. 🏠 Site Visits

• Site visits are scheduled based on availability
• Number of visits depends on the selected plan
• Additional visits may require extra charges

5. 🚗 Premium Services

• Car pickup & drop is available only in premium plans
• Duration and availability may be limited
• Extra usage may incur additional charges

6. 📱 User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain respectful communication
• Use services only for genuine property requirements

Misuse may result in service termination.

7. 🔐 Privacy

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

8. ❌ Cancellation & Refund

• No refund for services already used (e.g., completed visits)
